CANCELATION POLICY

The Captain reserves the right to cancel a cruise at any time, especially in the event of inclement weather or if less than 20 guests have purchased tickets on one specific cruise. In the event of Captains Cancelation, guests will receive their choice of refund or a rain check to use on a different day.  In the event that you need to cancel your cruise, you may request a full refund if cancelation takes place 7 days or more prior to the reservation date. Cancelations between 2 and 6 days prior to sailing will have the option to reschedule their cruise. Rescheduled cruises are subject to a $20 Administrative Reschedule fee. If guest chooses to reschedule a higher fare cruise ticket date for a date with a lower fare ticket price, there will be no credit or refund issued.  Cancelations within 48 hours of sailing do not qualify for raincheck or refunds. Sold Out/Special Event cruises will not be refunded without a minimum of 7 days advance cancelation notice.
